Do i need to create an account before placing my order?
No. You do not need to create an account before you place an order. You can place your order as a guest.
Will my order be delivered in multiple parcels?
If your order contains different items, it may be fulfilled from different fulfilment centres and shipped separately.
I placed an order for different items and I received separate shipping confirmation emails, why?
Seeing we have different fulfilment centres, not all products are stored in the same place. Basically, you receive a shipping confirmation for every package that is shipped out to you.
How long is the delivery time?
Bandage dresses are shipped out via DHL Express and standard shipping is 3 - 7 business days depending on country.
For other items, standard shipping time10-35 business days, depending on the product and country. Please note that certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. Deliveries could also be delayed by some countries customs regulations. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
What should I do if my order isn't delivered?
If your order has not been delivered within the given timescales stated on our website, please contact us. Remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order. If we are unable to locate your parcel, we will provide a full refund.
Can i place my order over the phone?
Presently, we cannot take orders by phone; all orders should be placed online.
Do I have to pay custom fees?
Depending on the value of your order, you may not be charged any additional fees. However, this will depend on your countries customs policies. You may be charged import duties or taxes. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions relating to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
How secure is your website? Is my personal information secure?
Trendy Luxe Style processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
Can i add items to my order, cancel my order or change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend or cancel your order. We usually ship items out within 1-5 business working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. If the order has already been shipped, it is unlikely we can do anything. If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to amend the shipping details. Where is my order?

Can i return or exchange an item?
Yes. If you changed your mind about your order, you can return or exchange it. We offer a 14 days refund policy from the date you receive your parcel. Visit our Returns Page for more information.
What if i received a faulty item or incorrect item in my order?
If you discovered your product is faulty, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving your parcel and our support team will resolve your issue for you. If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the error. Please remember to include your order number within your message and we will be able to investigate further and resolve the problem.
