Shipping and Returns


Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

Women's Dresses/Bottoms/Tops are processed within 1 – 3 working days after receiving payment. 
Shipping time is usually 3 - 7 working days after order have been processed depending on country
Dresses are shipped using DHL Express. 

Accessories are processed within 2 - 5 working days after receiving payment. Delivery time for accessories and other related products is usually 10 - 35 working days. This will depend on the product type and your country. Delivery time varies depending on country and courier service. For information regarding delivery time on accessories, please contact us.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number which you can use to track your order on our Order Tracking page. If you are not able to track your item please contact us. 


We are not responsible for any delays caused by DHL Express or other Courier Services, especially during holiday seasons

We do endeavour to send your parcels in a manner in which do not have pay Custom taxes. However, Customer is responsible for paying for any custom duties or taxes if applicable.



It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. 

We have a 14 days return policy after receiving your item. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our Bandage dresses do go through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you. We will offer you an an Exchange or Credit Note in the following cases: 

  • You changed your mind
  • Item does not fit

You can exchange your item for another size or another item. Customer is responsible for shipping cost when returning items. 

Items purchased using any store discount code when exchanged will be charged the full price of the item. 

We will offer you a Refund in the following cases:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The item is returned within 14 days from the delivery date
  • The item is Not a Sale item 
  • Item is Not damaged or has any makeup marks or stains

All Sale items can be returned for a Credit Note which can be used in our online store for purchase. 

Items advertised as "FREE Shipping" when returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee of £7 per item. 

Any credit notes will be issued in the form of a store code which can be used at the checkout to purchase a replacement.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
